Lori Anne’s team creates communication solutions for Verizon’s commercial and public sector customers, with a focus on Global VoIP, Contact Center as a Service, Conversational AI, Calling and Voice Security.  With over 20 years at Verizon in Service, Sales, Marketing and Product Management, Lori Anne has a deep knowledge of contact center technology, with a unique experience connecting voice networks with cloud platforms. In addition to creating and delivering Verizon native capabilities, she builds solutions and services with leading technology partners, including Cisco, Genesys, Google, Medallia, Microsoft, NICE, Pindrop and SecureLogix.  Lori Anne resides in Atlanta, GA, where she stays connected to her family, enjoys outdoor recreation, and cooks for a local community aid project.
