With 21 years in the contact center industry across product management and product marketing, Tim currently leads product marketing for the Five9 core platform and managerial insights solutions. Before Five9, he led contact center product launches at Avaya, then built and guided product marketing teams at 8x8 and Twilio. Tim holds degrees in finance and international business and enjoys simplifying complex technologies for customers.
