Andy is VP of Product Marketing at NICE, leading customers into the future of AI-driven customer experience. Today he focuses on how organizations deliver CX@Scale and has a successful track record in driving innovation strategies and go-to-market initiatives for startups and large enterprises. He’s worked in AI and Analytics since before it was cool, and has nearly 20 years’ experience in product management, data science, and business operations. Outside of work, Andy is a dad to twins, a cocktail aficionado, and never turns down a good bet.
