Shaun ChenaultSenior Manager, Professional ServicesVerizon

Shaun Chenault leads the CX Advisory Services Practice area within Verizon's Consulting Services group, which focuses on business outcomes-based consulting. As an Advisory Services Practice Partner, Shaun is responsible for working closely with Verizon customers and Account Teams to develop and deliver early engagement business consulting opportunities. These engagements help Verizon's customers ensure that their technology solutions align with the needs of their business owners and customers. Prior to assuming his current role, Shaun was a Practice Manager of the Genesys Engineering team within Professional Services, which was responsible for the implementation of Genesys solutions.

Shaun has been working in the Customer Experience space for the past twenty-four years. Shaun began his career with Verizon in 2005 as a Principal Consultant within the Consulting Services organization and has been managing teams within the organization since 2009. Prior to working at Verizon, Shaun spent seven years working as a Genesys Engineer and software developer focused on implementation and systems integration. Shaun also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1989 to 1993 where he worked as a Special Intelligence Communicator, obtained the rank of E-4, and earned an Honorable Discharge.
