Isaac Kahn, VP, Strategy & Planning, Cisco
Isaac focuses on strategy and operation projects including new business model design, channel enablement, go-to-market strategy and operating model development for as-a-Service (aaS). Recently Isaac led a global pilot for how Cisco can drive greater revenue growth in the SMB and commercial segment. This included implementing a digital marketplace, to extend Cisco’s reach at a lower cost to serve into Asia-Pacific, as a template for the rest of the world. Additionally, he was responsible for the development of Cisco’s “as-a-Service” strategy to define and transform an enterprise-wide operating model to enable the company’s transition from traditional products to aaS offerings. Isaac’s other notable experiences include developing and leading Cisco’s ‘Biz Ops’ function to deliver key strategic initiatives and assessments to support business growth, improve operational efficiencies and drive transformational change. Isaac received a MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of London, King’s College.
