Kevin McMenamy, VP Software Engineering and CTO, NEAT
Kevin McMenamy is a 26-year veteran of the real-time communications industry and VP Software Engineering and CTO at Neat. Prior to Neat, Kevin was at Cisco from 2000-2023, focused primarily on audio and video conferencing and related technologies and most recently serving as Chief Architect of Webex Media Engineering. Kevin holds 4 patents with Cisco on voice and video signalling and security concepts, and has co-authored and contributed to numerous technical documents and books. Prior to Cisco, Kevin worked at FVC.COM, which manufactured H.321 video conferencing solutions; at Winnov L.L.P, which manufactured the video capture cards used in Cisco IP/TV servers and in clients like Microsoft’s NetMeeting and WhitePine Software’s CUCME applications; and at Federal Communications Corporation which resold PictureTel video conferencing and Wide Area Networking telecommunications equipment.
