Chris Moss, Head of Platform & Product Acceleration, Zoom
Chris Moss is the Head of Platform and Product Acceleration for Zoom. In this role, he is responsible for refining, evolving, and executing Zoom’s Go-to-Market strategy. Through close partnership with the business units, he ensures a cohesive and unified process to align customer, partner, and sales requirements to drive success at scale. Before this role, Chris was at HP, where he most recently served as their Head of Product and Portfolio Management for HP Hybrid Work Solutions. Chris has over 28 years of experience in the CRM and Collaboration industries. He has held numerous Product Management, Sales, and Technical Leadership positions at Cisco, Avaya, and Accenture, where he led large-scale and complex implementations in the financial services vertical. He also holds intellectual property in the customer experience arena. Chris resides in the northwestern suburbs of Dallas, TX, with his wife, Nicole, and four children.
