Praful Singhal is the Technology Partnerships Lead for the ChromeOS Customer Engagement Solution at Google. Before joining Google, he led the Technology Partner Ecosystem, DEVone for NICE CXone, where he successfully managed over 100 partner product integrations. With over 16 years of experience, he specializes in developing go-to-market strategies, product innovation, and building effective partnership programs. He holds a Master's degree from the University of Southern California and has completed the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Utah.
