The first part of my career was in engineering starting in the United States Naval Nuclear Power Program and then in the Semiconductor industry where I held many supervisory roles. I transitioned my career path into Information Technology 11 years ago and have been in the Conversational AI space for the last 5 years and the Generative AI/LLM space since November of 2022. My current role is as the Service Delivery Manager for Conversational AI Virtual Assistants.
