This group is a one-stop-shop for executing technology change programs providing Experience Design, Organizational Change Management, SFMC and Data Science capabilities. His career spans 25+ years at J&J and previously Coca Cola, across numerous technology roles in Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing, e-commerce, and Productivity and Collaboration. He is an active member of the Enterprise Connect Customer advisory board and brings many different perspectives on human based experience design to the execution of technology programs, always putting the user front and center.
