Rei Kasai, SVP, Global Head of Product, Talkdesk
As Global Head of Product, Rei Kasai is responsible for Talkdesk’s product organization, which includes Talkdesk’s product lines for Generative AI, Contact Center as a Service, Workforce Engagement Management, Industry Solutions, and Cloud Platform.
He has extensive executive leadership experience across customer experience technology, with companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 20. Rei joined Talkdesk from GE Digital, where he was Vice President and Head Product of the ServiceMax business unit, the market leader in Field Service Management. Prior to GE Digital, Rei was Global Vice President and Chief Product Owner of Service Cloud at SAP, which included engineering, product, and design for all service products within SAP.
Rei holds a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, as well as a MBA from University of California at Berkeley.
