Rakesh Tailor is Vice President of Product Management for Workforce Engagement Management for Genesys Cloud, which includes Recording, Quality Management, Speech and Text Analytics, Workforce Management and Employee Development and Engagement capabilities. Rakesh joined Genesys in 2006 as part of the acquisition of VoiceGenie, a VoiceXML based platform startup. His 20+ years of experience in contact center technology and solutions span a variety of roles, including Software Development, R&D Management, Solution Architecture and Product Management with expertise in communications, media processing, speech and text analytics, user experience and process optimization.
