Vanessa Thompson, Vice President, Marketing, Twilio Communications
Vanessa leads the marketing team for Twilio’s Communications business. In previous roles at Twilio, Vanessa led product marketing for the Communications business and was the first marketer to work on the Twilio IoT business.Formerly, Vanessa was SVP of Customer Experience Insights at Bluewolf, and served as an expert advisor for the world’s most successful technology vendors and their customers, as a Research VP at industry analyst firm IDC. Prior to moving to the US, Vanessa held various technology roles in government and banking in her home country of New Zealand.
